Membership Policy & No-Refund Policy

1. What the Estate49 Club Is
The Estate49 Club ("the Club") is a one-time, paid founding membership programme operated by Estate49. Membership is permanently capped at 5,000 founding members. Each member receives a unique, sequential founding member number (#1 through #5000) that is assigned in order of successful payment and is never reassigned or reissued.
2. Price and Payment
- The membership fee is a one-time payment of ₹5,000 plus 18% GST (₹900), totalling ₹5,900.
- Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. Membership activates automatically the moment payment is verified.
- There are no recurring charges, renewals, or hidden fees. The membership is lifetime.
- Membership may be purchased during the pre-launch period or after the public launch of Estate49, while spots remain available.
3. Membership Benefits
Active founding members receive the following benefits, applied automatically to their account:
- Numbered Founding Member badge (#1–5000) displayed on the member's profile and listings.
- Lifetime VIP (ad-free browsing) — applied automatically; no separate VIP purchase ever required.
- 1 bonus contact unlock every month — all Estate49 users receive 1 free contact unlock (10 contacts) per calendar month. Club members receive a second unlock automatically, giving them 20 free contacts per month at no extra cost. Additional contacts beyond that remain available at ₹49 per 10-contact pack.
- 2 free 30-day listing boosts per membership year (rolling 365-day window), usable on the member's own listings.
- Priority support — member tickets are automatically flagged high-priority.
- 10% discount on all advertising campaigns — applied automatically at checkout on every Estate49 ad purchase, for life.
- Early access to new launches and pre-market listings, where offered.
- Digital founding member certificate bearing the member's name and number.
- Referral rewards — earn badges, bonus boosts, Ambassador status, and a lifetime featured profile by referring new members (see Section 3A).
Benefits are attached to the member's Estate49 account and apply automatically — no claim forms or codes are needed. Unused yearly benefits (boosts, unlocks) do not roll over or convert to cash.
3A. Referral Rewards Programme
Members may refer friends using their unique membership ID (e.g. E49-FOU/MEM/2026/0001). Each friend who joins the Club with that ID counts as a successful referral. Milestones unlock permanent rewards automatically:
- 3 referrals — Special Referrer Badge: a distinctive badge displayed on the member's profile and gold card.
- 10 referrals — +5 Extra Listing Boosts / Year: five additional free 30-day boosts credited every membership year, for life.
- 25 referrals — Club Ambassador Status: the official Estate49 Club Ambassador title on the member's card, certificate, and profile.
- 50 referrals — Lifetime Featured Profile: the member's profile and listings featured across Estate49 permanently.
Referral rewards are computed live from the referral count and apply the moment a milestone is reached — no action is required. Only active (paid or admin-granted) memberships credited to the member's ID count toward milestones. Referral counts and milestone rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
3B. Founding Partner Early-Bird Tier
Members who purchase before the public launch of Estate49 (scheduled 24 July 2026) and are verified builders or agents may qualify for the Founding Partner tier, subject to estate49's discretion. Founding Partners receive enhanced benefits in addition to the standard founding membership:
- Triple yearly listing boosts — 6 free 30-day boosts per membership year instead of the standard 2.
- Priority RERA review — RERA verification applications from Founding Partners are reviewed ahead of the standard queue.
- All other standard founding member benefits apply.
Founding Partner status is determined by Estate49 at the time of membership activation. Purchasing before launch does not automatically confer Founding Partner status — agent or builder verification is also required. The enhanced boost quota applies from the date of tier assignment and does not backdate.
4. Eligibility and Limits
- One membership per Estate49 account. Accounts found purchasing multiple memberships through duplicate identities may have the duplicates revoked.
- Members must hold a valid, verified Estate49 account in good standing.
- Membership is strictly non-transferable. It cannot be sold, gifted, assigned, or moved to another account or person.
- Founding member numbers are assigned automatically in payment order and cannot be chosen, reserved, or exchanged.
5. No-Refund Policy
All Estate49 Club membership fees are final and strictly non-refundable.
Because the Club is permanently limited to 5,000 founding memberships and each purchase irrevocably consumes one numbered spot, no refunds, cancellations, reversals, transfers, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, non-usage of benefits, account closure by the member, duplicate purchase attempts, or dissatisfaction with the platform. This applies to memberships purchased both before (pre-launch) and after the official launch of Estate49.
The only exceptions are those required by applicable Indian law, or a verified duplicate charge for the same membership caused by a payment-gateway error, which will be reversed to the original payment method after verification.
This policy supplements the general Estate49 Refund Policy. Where the two differ in respect of Club memberships, this No-Refund Policy prevails.
6. Termination and Misconduct
- Estate49 may revoke a membership without refund if the member materially breaches the Terms & Conditions, engages in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity on the platform.
- If Estate49 permanently discontinues the platform, remaining benefits end with it; the one-time fee remains non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes to Benefits
Estate49 may reasonably adjust, substitute, or improve individual benefits over time (for example, replacing a benefit with one of equal or greater value) to keep the programme sustainable. The following core commitments will never change: the founding member number, lifetime validity of membership, the 5,000-member hard cap, the lifetime VIP (ad-free) status, and the 10% lifetime advertising discount.
8. Taxes and Invoicing
All prices are inclusive of applicable GST at the prevailing rate (currently 18%). A payment receipt is emailed automatically on successful purchase. GSTIN: 29AEJFS5946L1Z5.
