Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid services offered by Estate49, a division of Stenkepler Corporation (GSTIN: 29AEJFS5946L1Z5), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
⚠️ Important: All payments made to Estate49 are non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
Estate49 operates a strict no-refund policy on all its paid services. Once a payment is successfully processed and a service is activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use a purchased service within its validity period
- Dissatisfaction with listing results or lead quality
- Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
- Listing rejection by the admin team after payment
- Discontinuation of a subscription before its expiry date
2. Services Covered

3. Exception — Duplicate Charge
The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of a verified duplicate charge caused by a technical error on our payment system or Razorpay's platform.
- You must report the duplicate charge within 7 days of the transaction.
- Email support@estate49.com with your transaction ID, amount, and date.
- We will investigate and, if confirmed, reverse the duplicate charge within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method via Razorpay.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial or pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation.
- Access to premium features will be removed at the end of the billing period.
5. Payment Failures
If your payment fails but your bank account is debited, the amount will typically be automatically reversed to your account within 5–7 business days by your bank or Razorpay. If the reversal does not happen within this period, please contact us with your transaction details.
6. Disputes
For any payment-related disputes or concerns, contact our support team:
Please include your registered email address, transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 business hours.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
