As a special thank you to our early adopters, Estate49™ is offering an exclusive Free 30-Day Listing Boost to property owners who list their properties on our platform prior to our official grand launch.

Eligibility & Qualification

• Timeframe: To qualify for the Free 30-Day Boost, you must successfully publish at least one property listing on Estate49™ before June 19, 2026, at 06:49:00 AM IST.
• Account Requirement: You must have a registered and verified Estate49™ account.

How It Works

• Manual Application: The boost is not automatically applied. You have full control over when to use it. The "Apply Free 30-Day Boost" button will be available in your dashboard under the "My Listings" tab.
• Post-Launch Activation: The free boost button is strictly locked during the prelaunch phase. It can only be activated after the official launch date (June 19, 2026).
• Single Use Only: The free boost is valid for one (1) property advertisement only per user. If you have multiple listings, you may choose whichever listing you prefer to boost. Once you apply the boost to a listing, the offer is considered fully redeemed and cannot be applied to other listings.
• Duration: Once activated, your selected property will be featured as a "Boosted" listing on the Estate49 platform for 30 consecutive days, maximizing your property's visibility to potential buyers and tenants.

Post-Expiration

• After the 30-day promotional period expires, your listing will return to standard visibility.
• If you wish to maintain boosted status for your property after the 30-day free period, you may purchase standard paid boost packages through your dashboard.

Estate49™ reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice in the event of suspected abuse or fraudulent activity.
